Nintendo (for all reason…) didn’t think the console would sell, or, wouldn’t sell enough of their minds. Because of this they limited production. But unquestionably, fans wanted it, in droves. Yes, there are difficulties with the use of the controller cord, while some wants more games inside it, however still reached it.
In fact, there was clearly lines at stores through the entire country as soon as the NES Classic Edition premiered, with the few who started using it were most of the happiest gamers around. And those that didn’t are actually looking to find it now.
